If you believe that any content, image, product description, design, logo, or product offered on this website infringes your intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or design rights), please notify us in writing so we can review the matter.

How to submit an IP complaint

Please send us an email at support@kora-jewellery.com with the following information:

• Your full name and contact details (email address is sufficient).
• A clear identification of the work or right you claim has been infringed (for example: a registered trademark, an original photograph, a jewellery design, a logo, etc.).
• The exact URL on our website where the allegedly infringing content appears.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the IP owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement confirming that the information you are providing is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Note: This email address is only for intellectual property rights and legal issues. Customer service, order tracking, returns or delivery questions should be sent to our usual support channels.

After receiving a complete notice, we will review the claim and, if appropriate, remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also request additional information to verify your claim.
